Champlain Valley Amnesty International Local Group 1010 (CVAI) supports the global vision and mission of Amnesty International where all people enjoy all of the human rights as spelled out and enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Amnesty International is a global movement of millions of people demanding human rights for all people no matter who they are or where they are. Amnesty International is committed to ending abuses of human rights by undertaking research and action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of these rights.

We work to protect people wherever justice, freedom, truth, and dignity are denied.

Specifically, CVAI supports the vision of Amnesty International through our work on Case Commitments and Urgent Actions.
